Our job is to ensure:

Continuity in supply: We plan 3-6 months supply programs with our clients and our selected mills Price fixation for a supply program Timely shipments and arrivals Quality Control: All our shipments are inspected by our Technical Controllers and by an Independent International Surveillance Company before departure from the mills Smooth Logistics and Documentation: Our highly professional Operations Department is completely dedicated to taking care of all steps from goods preparation, passing through quality control, shipment, documentation, until goods reach safely and timely to our clients warehouses Claims Management: Experience has taught us the importance of addressing immediately any claim that may arise and to strive to reach a fair solution. We stand fully responsible towards our clients at all times. Warehousing for hand-to-mouth deliveries: In line with our strategy to make the yarns importing business for our clients easier, we have established warehousing facilities in Antwerp Free-Zone in Joint-Venture with M/S STS GmbH (Germany) to serve clients in the European market with their immediate needs of any quantities of cotton yarn. Financing: We believe in our role to bridge the gap between our selected supplying mills and our clients. Our role is to provide our selected supplying mills with the financing needed for their production. Our clients benefit from a variety of payment facilities that we offer them : a. Cash Against Documents b. Avalized Drafts deferred up to 180 days Against Documents c. Personal Promissory Notes non-confirmed by banks up to 180 days Against Documents
